Alonso Hernández is a Mexican material designer and researcher. He holds a Master’s in Material Futures from Central Saint Martins and works across textile design, brand identity, and digital design.

His material practice develops new applications from local resources and industrial byproducts in collaboration with communities across México. His work has been awarded in Mexico, Poland, Italy, and Dubai.
